It will digest well
Imagine having to do all this again EVERY week?
Whew! I bet there would be other household chores that would take over!
Now I'm drawing a parallel with your body and, more specifically, one of your filtration factories: your liver.
Your body wants you to know that it doesn't like processed products (aka candy bars, the 24-county box of cookies from Costco, Doritos...). You know what I mean! These are the products that come in pretty, colorful boxes with catchy slogans that catch your eye (or the eye of the foams). It's hard to pass by without buying them.
Your body will do its best to swallow, digest, catalyze, absorb and even assimilate what you impose on it. A big part of the sorting is done by the liver. While it is busy sorting, discarding, storing, cleaning up what you eat and drink, there are other important tasks that are put on hold.
That's when you bloat, have less energy, and I hear "I can't get through the meal" and, "I'm getting fat even though I'm careful. A visit to the doctor will confirm that your liver enzymes are too high.
What to do about it? First, if the food comes in a colorful cardboard box, do not buy it. It is most likely a processed product.
There's another aisle full of colour: fruits and vegetables.
Feel free to make your own rainbow with vegetables. You'll notice that it's going to look good very quickly.
If you need a boost, the 10Day DetoxHerbal Tea contains dandelion root, burdock, nettle and a few other ingredients that your liver (and the rest of you) will appreciate.
Have a great week.
Take care of yourself!
