Payment
Prices are available in Canadian dollars, US dollars, or Euros. Payment can be made in Canadian dollars (CAD) or US dollars (USD). You can pay for your purchases with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, or PayPal (in Canadian dollars only). All transactions on this site are completely secure.
Transportation
Shipping is free for orders of $75.00 or more (before applicable taxes) to any destination in Canada and the United States. We also ship worldwide, and shipping costs vary depending on the destination.
Customs fees may apply depending on the destination country and the value of the order and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Your purchases will be shipped within 2 (two) business days of receiving your order.
All teas and herbal teas are packaged in high-quality resealable bags.
Guarantee
We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with one of our products, we will exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of teas or herbal teas as they are food products.
Confidentiality
We consider all information about our customers and their orders to be confidential. We respect the right to privacy and therefore will under no circumstances share personal information with any other organization.
HERBANICA only requires the following information:
- First and last name
- Billing and shipping address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Credit card number (for orders only)
- Credit card expiry date
We do not store our customers' credit card numbers under any circumstances.
This information will only be used within HERBANICA to prepare and inform our customers of the status of their order.
