Payment
Prices are available in Canadian, US or Euro currency. Payment can be made in Canadian dollars (CAD) or in American dollars (USD). You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover or Paypal (in Canadian dollars only). All transactions made on this site are completely secure.
Shipping
Shipping is free for orders of 75.00$ and more (before taxes if applicable) to any destination in Canada and the United States. We also ship anywhere in the world and shipping costs vary depending on the destination.
Customs fees may apply depending on the destination country and the value of the order and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Your purchases will be shipped within 2 (two) business days of receipt of your order.
All teas and herbal teas are packaged in quality resealable bags.
Guarantee
We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will exchange it within 30 days of purchase. For hygienic reasons, we cannot take back teas or herbal teas as they are a food product.
Privacy
We consider all information about our customers and their orders to be confidential. We respect the right to privacy and therefore we will not share personal information with any other organisation.
Herbanica only requires the following information:
- First and last name
- Billing and shipping address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Credit card number (for orders only)*
- Credit card expiration date* (for orders only)
We do not keep customer credit card numbers on file.
This information will only be used within Herbanica to prepare and inform our customers of the status of their order.
