Preparation of orders
Herbanica takes care of preparing your products and packages as soon as possible. We reserve a maximum of 72 hours after receiving your order for preparation and shipping. In the event that we are more overwhelmed than usual, we will contact you to let you know!
Shipping costs and delays
- Standard Shipping: 10$ for all orders of 75$ and less. ( 1 to 7 business days)
Shipping is FREE for orders in Canada of 75$ and more.
The shipping method and the delivery time vary according to the region.
On-site pick-up
Order online and choose the Pickup option at Checkout. It may take up to 48 hours to prepare your order after we receive your online order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Details of the pickup location will be provided in the confirmation email.
Once the confirmation email is received, we ask that you email us your pickup time at least 1 hour in advance so that we can safely drop off your order outside.
