Preparation
1/2 teaspoon mint matcha
125ml hot water at 85°C/185°F
Steps
- Sift the matcha into a bowl with a small sieve (this step avoids residues)
- Add hot water
- Whisk with a bamboo whisk, approximately 10 seconds
