Recipe - Iced Matcha Latte

Matcha herbanica, matcha latté glacé, comment faire un matcha latté glacé




- 1 cup (250 ml) vegetable milk of your choice (oat, coconut, soy)

- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) of matcha*, and

-1 teaspoon (5 ml) maple syrup

-2 tablespoons (30 ml) boiling water

Add more matcha if you like a stronger taste and less if you like a milder matcha taste.


1. sift the matcha into a bowl and add the boiling water

2. Whisk the matcha mixture with a bamboo whisk or an electric frother so that there are no lumps

3. Add the milk of your choice in a glass with ice

4. Combine the matcha and maple syrup with the other ingredients in the glass and stir
