MATCHA CHAI 1/2 tsp matcha

MATCHA CHAI 125ml hot water at 85°C/185°F

Steps

  1. Sift the matcha into a bowl with a small sieve (this step avoids residues)
  2. Add hot water
  3. Whisk with a bamboo whisk, approximately 10 seconds

Un bon match d’automne

C’est le premier matcha chai que j’achète, alors je n’ai pas de comparatif.
Il est très bon, mais je pense que je le prendrais un peu plus épicé.
